The hardware composition of an automatically recognized RFID electronic tag consists of three elements: RFID electronic tags, RFID readers and antennas.

RFID technology is a wireless frequency identification technology that automatically identifies and tracks tag information through the interaction of electromagnetic fields between the receiver and transmitter. It utilizes radio signals to identify specific targets and read/write related data, making it a contactless automatic identification technology. RFID hardware consists of electronic tags, readers, and antennas. RFID tags are composed of coupling components and chips, with each electronic tag having a unique electronic code. RFID readers are electronic devices used to read or write tag information, available in handheld or fixed forms. RFID antennas are used to transmit radio frequency signals between tags and readers.

An automatically recognized RFID electronic tag typically consists of a chip and an antenna. Each electronic tag has a unique electronic code and is attached to the object to identify the target object.

The RFID reader is another important component in RFID technology, used to read or write tag information. It typically consists of components such as antennas, card readers, controllers, and interfaces. There are handheld and fixed forms, and they can connect to different categories of tags through different operating frequencies to identify, read, and write tag information. The reader activates the tag and sends instructions for data exchange.

The RFID antenna is used to transmit radio frequency signals between the tag and reader. When the reader sends out radio frequency signal energy through the antenna in the form of electromagnetic waves, the tag’s antenna receives this energy.

There are two coupling modes between RFID readers and tags: inductive coupling, suitable for low-frequency RFID applications; and backscatter coupling mode, suitable for ultra-high frequency RFID applications. The RFID antenna can be seen as the airborne interface between the reader and the electronic tag.

RFID electronic tag technology automatically identifies target objects through radio frequency signals, allowing for rapid tracking and data exchange without the need for manual intervention, and can operate in various harsh environments. This technology can identify high-speed moving objects and simultaneously identify multiple tags in batches, making it quick and convenient to use. As RFID electronic tag technology continues to develop, its applications are becoming increasingly widespread, being widely used in industrial production, warehousing logistics, transportation, asset management, healthcare, anti-counterfeiting tracing, and other application areas that require data collection and processing.
