Recently, the Urban and Rural Development Bureau of Hefei City issued a notice on standardizing the marking and identification management of prefabricated concrete components for prefabricated buildings in our city. The notice points out that the identification of prefabricated concrete components is an important feature of identifying products in the implementation of quality responsibility, quality supervision and spot checks, and daily quality management.

As early as September 2018, February 2019, and April 2019, various regions such as Hunan, Shanxi, and Nanjing issued relevant notices requiring prefabricated component production units to have production process facilities and testing conditions to ensure product quality requirements, establish quality control systems for raw material quality inspection, technical disclosure, prefabricated component production, and factory inspection, and establish traceable quality and safety information management systems, including establishing a system for quality inspection and coding identification of finished component products.

Require component production units to carry out factory inspection of prefabricated components. Qualified prefabricated soil components should be labeled according to regulations and quality certification documents should be issued. During the on-site assembly process, the information of prefabricated components can be automatically recognized through RFID handheld devices and the installation time can be entered for easy traceability management. When encountering quality problems, the production time, operators, batches, assembly time and other data of corresponding prefabricated components can be quickly and accurately obtained for quality traceability, avoiding risks in a timely manner and controlling component quality.
