1、托盘入库 利用RFID读写器对托盘标签进行读写测试,保证性能达到标准的托盘标签进入流通环节, 对货物建立件垛关联,并保证件垛关联的实时性和实物的一致性,采用RFID手持终端对检验合格的成品货箱上的电子标签进行整托盘批量扫描识别,增加入库扫描的效率。
2、托盘出库 通过RFID读写器、RFID天线采集托盘标签信息,并上传至管理系统,可以轻松完成托盘上货箱的批量快速识别,无需拆垛单件扫码再装垛。
