随着自动化和信息化的不断推广,在多元化生产技术的要求下,传统的条码技术已经不能满足多元化的生产需求。相较于条码技术而言,RFID技术具有无线远距离读写能力,可以在高速移动的状态下进行数据采集,具有更大的存储容量,并且可以在恶劣的环境中使用,通过RFID读写器、RFID电子标签等可以对物料、在制品、生产设备、工装等多个环节的数据进行实时采集,提供基础性数据,有效提高生产效率。RFID技术不只是条码技术的简单替换,它在工业产线上的应用将改变工业制造的生产方式。

工业RFID读写器在产线上的应用流程

1、在需要管控的工序点上安装工业RFID读写器,并在装有在制品的工装板、托盘或料盒上安装RFID标签。
2、通过生产管理系统将固定在工装板或料盒上的RFID标签ID与生产批号进行关联,通过工业RFID读写器读取工装板或料盒上的RFID标签ID,就可以了解到生产线上的产品经历了哪几道工序,准确掌握生产数据,了解生产进度。
3、自动生成生产信息(如名称、编号、批次等),通过工业RFID读写器将这些信息写入RFID标签,写入正确后,产品传送到各个工序进行生产。
4、在制品到达每个管控的工序点时,工业RFID读写器会将该工序内容以及工序点信息写入RFID标签,并通过网络将生产数据传送到服务器,并实时更新数据库。
5、到达最后一个工序点,工业RFID读写器会读取工装板或料盒上的RFID标签信息,并将其传输到生产管理系统中,生产管理系统会统计此次产品的工序数,如有遗漏,可以追溯遗漏的工序,并将产品返回到遗漏的工序点进行返工处理,如工序数正确,则表示生产完成。

1、采集数据 将RFID标签粘贴在生产物料或托盘上,并在RFID标签上记录产品的规格、数量、时间、负责人等相关信息,替代传统的手工记录,可以随时通过工业RFID读写器读取产品信息,及时了解生产状况并根据情况调整生产安排,掌握物料的流向。
2、传输数据 在各个采集点安装工业RFID读写器,当贴有RFID标签的物料或托盘经过采集点时,工业RFID读写器会自动获取物料的信息并传输到后台,管理人员通过后台准确地知道物料所处的位置。 基于RFID技术,工业读写器通过非接触对RFID标签信息进行自动识别和采集,实现生产线上的可视化管理。
